Check the pressure gauge, ink lines, and color-coded damper connectors. Make sure the system pressure remains within the normal range and that there are no loose connections, air bubbles, or abnormal ink flow. Stable ink delivery is especially important on an 8-printhead system.

Inspect the film guide rollers and make sure the film is loaded straight with even tension. The L608 uses multiple guide rollers to keep the film feeding smoothly and reduce skew during continuous production.

The recommended operating environment is 20–35°C with 35–65% relative humidity. Keeping the printer within this range helps maintain more stable ink behavior and daily machine operation.
