A: Standard acrylic does not require a chemical primer for UV printing. Simply clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol and ensure it is dust-free and completely dry. For very smooth or highly polished surfaces, a light sanding (800–1000 grit) can improve ink adhesion on certain acrylic grades.
