Prepare and Print the Design
Prepare the artwork with RIP software, then print the CMYK colors and white-ink layer onto PET film.
Apply and Cure the DTF Powder
Coat the wet ink evenly with hot-melt adhesive powder, then heat the film to create a transfer-ready adhesive layer.
Heat-Press onto the Fabric
Position the cured transfer on the garment and press it using the time, temperature, and pressure recommended for the film and fabric.
Peel and Complete the Transfer
Peel away the film while hot or after cooling, depending on the film type, to reveal the finished transfer.
