Consumables Replacement Guide

Ink Refilling and Replacement

  • Preparation & Safety:
Wear gloves, keep the work area clean, and confirm that the correct compatible ink is being used.

  • Inspect the Ink System:
Check tanks, tubing, dampers, filters, and connectors for contamination, leaks, sediment, or air bubbles.

  • Refill the Ink:
Refill with clean tools, avoid contamination and overfilling, and securely close the ink tank afterward.

  • Prime & Test:
Circulate or load the ink as required, check for air bubbles, and perform a nozzle check before resuming production.

DTF Powder Refilling

  • Keep 1–1.5 kg of powder in the hopper during operation. Gently agitate the powder at regular intervals to prevent clumping and ensure even powder feeding.
  • Check hot melt powder regularly and replace it promptly if it becomes damp.

DTF Film Replacement

  • Load the film or paper correctly to ensure smooth feeding and accurate alignment.
  • Replace warped or damaged film or paper promptly to prevent defects during transfer.
