Check the pressure gauge first and confirm the system pressure remains within the normal range. Also inspect the color-coded damper connectors and ink lines for air bubbles or abnormal flow. Stable pressure and properly connected dampers are important for maintaining consistent ink delivery across all eight printheads.
The F808 uses a transparent waste ink tank, so the ink level can be checked visually during routine maintenance. Empty the tank before it becomes too full to prevent overflow and keep the cleaning system operating normally.
Check the sheeting rollers and make sure the 31-inch PET film is feeding flat and under even tension. Uneven tension, curling, or misalignment before the powdering stage can affect material feeding and final print consistency.
