Check the pressure gauge, ink lines, and color-coded damper connectors. Make sure the system pressure is stable and that there are no loose connections, air bubbles, or abnormal ink flow. Stable ink delivery is especially important for the F606’s six-printhead system.

Check the film guide rollers and make sure the PET film is loaded straight with even tension. The F606 uses multiple guide rollers to help maintain smooth film feeding and reduce skew during continuous printing.

The recommended operating environment is 15–30°C with 35–65% relative humidity. Keeping the printer within this range helps maintain stable ink performance and daily machine operation.
