Run Weak Clean and print another nozzle test. If ink is still missing, repeat the cleaning. If there is no improvement after 2–3 cleaning cycles, contact a technician for support.

For more than two weeks of inactivity, the manual recommends long-term maintenance using moisturizing liquid. The ink tubes and dampers should be cleaned, the printheads flushed and moisturized, and the hot-melt powder and printing film sealed against moisture.

The XF-702E requires a Gigabit network adapter for printer communication. A 100 Mbps network card will not work properly. The printer software also requires the local IP address to be configured correctly.

The recommended operating environment is 20–35°C (68–95°F) with 35–70% relative humidity. The manual also recommends using a voltage regulator or UPS and properly grounding the printer.

Make sure the machine is properly grounded and confirm that each printhead is connected to the correct headboard. Keep your hand near the emergency stop button during power-on and immediately stop the machine if there are abnormal signs or cable connection issues.
