Clean the wiper, ink capping area, capping station, press clips, printing platform, and carriage bottom every day before finishing work. The printhead surface should be cleaned once every three days with a dust-free cloth and the recommended cleaning solution.

Run a nozzle test before printing. If the test pattern is incomplete or colors are missing, clean the printhead and run the test again. Do not continue production until the nozzle test returns to normal.

If you notice ink dropout or visible lines during printing, stop printing immediately and clean the printhead. Continuing to print with missing nozzles may affect image quality and can make the problem worse.

If the printer will not be used for more than two days, the manual recommends soaking or moisturizing the printhead with pure water according to the maintenance procedure. Before shutdown, also make sure the carriage returns correctly and the printhead is properly positioned over the capping station.

The recommended printing environment is 20–30°C with 40–60% relative humidity. DTF film and hot-melt powder should also be kept dry and protected from moisture.
