Run Weak Clean and print another nozzle test. If ink is still missing, repeat the cleaning. If there is no improvement after 2–3 cleaning cycles, contact a technician for support.

For more than two weeks of inactivity, the manual recommends long-term maintenance using moisturizing liquid. Clean the ink tubes and dampers, flush and moisturize the printheads, and protect the DTF film and hot-melt powder from moisture.

The XF-704E requires a Gigabit network adapter for communication with the printer. A 100 Mbps network card will not work properly. The printer software also requires the network IP settings to be configured correctly.

Before shutting down, check the printhead condition, close the software, and make sure the carriage has returned to the correct position. This helps keep the printhead properly seated and protected during shutdown.

Make sure the machine is properly grounded and confirm that each printhead is connected to the correct headboard. Keep your hand near the emergency stop button during power-on. If any abnormality appears, stop the machine immediately and check for reversed, misaligned, or damaged cable connections.
