Full UV DTF Sticker Printing Production Workflow
Step 1: Design Preparation
Create and finalize the artwork using design software. Ensure correct resolution, color mode (CMYK), and print-ready file setup.
Step 2: RIP & Print Preparation
Import the design into RIP software. Set up ink channels and print sequence:Adhesive (glue layer) CMYK + White ink layers Varnish layer (for protection & gloss)
Step 3: Print on A Film (Non-Adhesive Release Film)
Print the design onto the A film using UV DTF printer with layered structure:Glue → Color → White → Varnish
Step 4: Lamination with B Film (Self-Adhesive Transfer Film)
Laminate the printed A film with B film. ⚠️ No heat should be applied to avoid premature curing of the adhesive layer.
Step 5: Peel Off A Film (Release Process)
After lamination, gently remove the A film. The full printed design remains transferred onto the B film.
Step 6: Application to Substrate
Align and apply the B film containing the UV DTF transfer sticker onto the target surface, such as glass, plastic, metal, wood, or ceramics. Press firmly to ensure full adhesion.
Step 7: Final Peel (Finishing Step)
Carefully peel off the carrier film to reveal the finished sticker UV DTF graphic with vibrant colors, strong adhesion, and a durable scratch-resistant finish.
