Video Tutorial

Identify the condensation section, three filter drawers, and condensate discharge outlet on a DTF shaker purifier.

Applicable model: General. Required items: access to the installed purifier and its condensate collection container.

Step 1. Identify the Purifier and Filter Section

1.1 Locate the purifier connected to the shaker and dryer. The cooling section condenses oily vapor from the extracted hot gas (See Figure 1.1, left).

1.2 Identify the three removable filter drawers behind the service door. Switch off and disconnect the purifier before opening the filter compartment for maintenance (See Figure 1.1, right).

Step 2. Locate the Condensate Outlet

2.1 Identify the condensate discharge outlet and keep its collection container in place. Empty and clean the container as required by the purifier maintenance procedure (See Figure 2.1).
