Our DTF printers use Epson XP600, I1600, or I3200 printheads, depending on the model. We recommend the I3200 for superior DTF print quality.

XF SmartPrint supports white-layer generation, mirroring, color adjustments, and print queue management. Nesting and automatic cutting support depend on your software and cutter configuration. Some cutters require separate software.

Yes, you can use compatible third-party RIP software. For optimal color accuracy, we recommend our supported software. Each supported software and printer configuration comes with an ICC profile matched to our printer and ink system.

Yes. We supply DTF ink, DTF powder, and DTF film. DTF film costs $45–50 per roll (31 cm × 100 m), and DTF ink costs $19–22 per kg. Contact us for a detailed price list for DTF consumables and printers.

In areas served by our overseas warehouses, in-stock DTF consumables can be delivered within 1–3 days. For other locations, orders are shipped within 5–7 days after payment is received. Share your restocking plan with us so we can prepare inventory and arrange timely replenishment.

Warranty: We provide a 12-month limited hardware warranty from the shipment date, covering manufacturing defects in eligible core components such as mainboards and motors. Consumables, wear parts, and printheads after installation and successful testing are generally excluded. Your quotation or sales contract takes precedence.

After-sales support: We provide long-term remote technical support for installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, plus spare-parts and repair assistance. Support continues after the warranty expires; replacement parts and related service costs may apply.

We recommend using Xinflying-approved DTF ink, DTF powder, and DTF film for consistent print quality and reliable performance. Damage caused by incompatible or non-approved consumables may not be covered under warranty.

In countries served by our overseas warehouses, in-stock orders can be delivered within 1–3 days. For other countries, printers generally ship within 7–15 days after payment, and DTF consumables ship within 5–7 days after payment.
