Alarme d'encre
The Xinflying UV Printer Machine-420S features a built-in ink alarm indicator that alerts operators in real time when ink levels are low. This proactive monitoring system helps prevent unexpected print interruptions, reduces the risk of nozzle damage from running dry, and keeps both UV DTF printing and UV 3D embroidery workflows running smoothly.
Tube Monitoring System
An integrated ink sensor continuously monitors ink flow through the supply tubes, ensuring steady, consistent delivery to the printheads. This precise monitoring reduces the risk of ink starvation or air bubbles during long production runs, supporting stable output quality for both UV DTF transfers and UV 3D embroidery effects.
Integrated Laminating Roller System
The 420S is equipped with an integrated laminating system featuring high-adhesion rubber rollers that bond film and transfer materials with strong, lasting adhesion. This built-in lamination step streamlines production by combining printing and laminating in one pass, delivering high-gloss, durable results ideal for UV DTF and UV 3D embroidery applications on apparel and textiles.
Cartouche d'encre
The 420S uses an independent multi-color ink cartridge system, keeping each ink channel separate for consistent, vibrant color reproduction batch after batch. This reliable ink delivery supports the advanced i1600-U1 printheads, enabling precise color fidelity for both standard UV DTF prints and detailed UV 3D embroidery-style textures.
