Usage Tips
Optimize Consumable Usage:
- Fine-tune RIP software settings, including ink volume, resolution, and print speed, to reduce consumable waste.
- Inspect and maintain the printhead regularly to prevent clogs and avoid unnecessary ink use.
Ensure Print Quality:
Inspect the printheads, wipers, and pinch rollers regularly. Replace worn or deteriorating parts to maintain consistent print quality.
Hot Melt Powder Usage Requirements:
Keep the DTF hot melt powder load at 1–1.5 kg. Avoid overfilling to reduce moisture absorption and clumping.
Prevent White Ink Sedimentation:
Stir white ink regularly to prevent pigment from settling.
Maintain Consumable Performance:
When the printer is idle, store ink and hot melt powder under the recommended conditions to help extend their shelf life.
