Ne d\u00e9branchez pas les c\u00e2bles de la t\u00eate d'impression \u00e0 chaud, n'injectez pas de liquide de force dans une t\u00eate d'impression et n'utilisez pas de liquide de nettoyage non homologu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. V\u00e9rifiez le r\u00e9gulateur et le niveau d'encre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commencez en amont de la t\u00eate d'impression. V\u00e9rifiez que le bon type d'encre est disponible, que le tuyau d'alimentation n'est pas pinc\u00e9 et que le r\u00e9servoir n'est pas presque vide. Un r\u00e9servoir presque vide peut laisser entrer de l'air et nuire \u00e0 l'efficacit\u00e9 du nettoyage, m\u00eame s'il reste encore un peu d'encre \u00e0 aspirer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la XINFLYING A2, la FAQ fournie indique au technicien de remplir le r\u00e9servoir d'encre jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il soit rempli \u00e0 plus de la moiti\u00e9. Ce niveau de remplissage est sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 ce mod\u00e8le. D'autres imprimantes XINFLYING peuvent utiliser un r\u00e9servoir, un syst\u00e8me de pression ou un dispositif d'alimentation en encre diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois le probl\u00e8me d'alimentation r\u00e9solu, effectuez un test des buses. \u00c9vitez de recourir \u00e0 des cycles de nettoyage r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s pour remplacer une inspection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. V\u00e9rifier l'\u00e9tat de la circulation de l'encre blanche<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pigment blanc peut se d\u00e9poser, c'est pourquoi de nombreux syst\u00e8mes DTF int\u00e8grent un dispositif de circulation ou d'agitation. V\u00e9rifiez que le syst\u00e8me fonctionne selon le mode sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 pour votre imprimante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La FAQ de l'A2 indique express\u00e9ment de v\u00e9rifier si la circulation de l'encre blanche a \u00e9t\u00e9 activ\u00e9e lorsque le motif d'impression des buses blanches est incomplet, et pr\u00e9cise que la circulation ne doit pas \u00eatre activ\u00e9e pendant que l'imprimante est en fonctionnement. La logique de commande variant d'un mod\u00e8le \u00e0 l'autre, ne partez pas du principe que le comportement des commutateurs est identique sur toutes les imprimantes. Suivez les indications figurant sur l'\u00e9tiquette de l'appareil ou contactez le service d'assistance pour conna\u00eetre l'\u00e9tat de fonctionnement correct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Si le bouchon est trop enfonc\u00e9, s'il est d\u00e9cal\u00e9 ou s'il pr\u00e9sente des r\u00e9sidus durcis sur son pourtour, la pompe risque d'aspirer de l'air au lieu d'aspirer l'encre de mani\u00e8re uniforme \u00e0 travers les buses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Effectuez un cycle de nettoyage normal sans approcher vos mains du chariot. V\u00e9rifiez que :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le capuchon se soul\u00e8ve parfaitement \u00e0 la verticale sous la t\u00eate d'impression.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le bouchon assure une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 uniforme, au lieu de ne toucher qu'un seul c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L'encre usag\u00e9e s'\u00e9coule par la conduite d'\u00e9vacuation pendant le pompage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le chariot revient sans frottement ni h\u00e9sitation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00e9f\u00e9rence sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 l'A2 :<\/strong>\u00a0La FAQ indique que le capuchon doit \u00eatre align\u00e9 et plaqu\u00e9 contre la t\u00eate d'impression pendant le pompage. Elle pr\u00e9cise \u00e9galement que le racleur doit se trouver \u00e0 1\u20132 mm au-dessus de la surface de la t\u00eate d'impression pendant le raclage, et qu'un \u00e9cart de 3\u20135 mm doit \u00eatre maintenu entre la surface de la t\u00eate d'impression et le tampon d'encre pendant la pulv\u00e9risation instantan\u00e9e. Il s'agit l\u00e0 de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences d'entretien sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 cette machine, et non de valeurs de r\u00e9glage universelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. V\u00e9rifiez que l'essuie-glace et le bouchon ne pr\u00e9sentent pas de dommages ou d'obstruction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un racleur \u00e9br\u00e9ch\u00e9, tordu ou sale peut laisser des r\u00e9sidus sur la plaque de buse. Un bouchon ou un tuyau d'\u00e9vacuation bouch\u00e9 peut r\u00e9duire la puissance d'aspiration. La machine \u00e9tant hors tension et le chariot positionn\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment aux instructions du manuel, v\u00e9rifiez les points suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>une partie manquante ou un bord \u00e9br\u00e9ch\u00e9 sur l'essuie-glace ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de l'encre s\u00e9ch\u00e9e sur le bord du bouchon ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>de l'encre accumul\u00e9e qui ne s'\u00e9coule pas ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un tuyau d'\u00e9vacuation tordu ou d\u00e9tach\u00e9 ; et<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des d\u00e9bris qui emp\u00eachent le bouchon de reposer \u00e0 plat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N'utilisez que des mat\u00e9riaux non pelucheux et un liquide de nettoyage homologu\u00e9s. \u00c9vitez de toucher la plaque de la buse avec les doigts ou des outils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. N'utilisez un trempage contr\u00f4l\u00e9 que lorsque la proc\u00e9dure type l'autorise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La FAQ du XINFLYING A2 d\u00e9crit une proc\u00e9dure de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration avanc\u00e9e : verser de l'eau pure \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature comprise entre 60 et 70 \u00b0C (140 et 158 \u00b0F) dans le capuchon d'encre, replacer la t\u00eate d'impression dans le capuchon, la laisser tremper pendant 15 minutes, puis la nettoyer. Cette proc\u00e9dure implique la pr\u00e9sence d'un liquide chaud \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de composants sensibles et est\u00a0<strong>Il ne s'agit pas d'une instruction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale valable pour toutes les imprimantes DTF.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N'utilisez cette m\u00e9thode que lorsque ces trois conditions sont remplies :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vous effectuez l'entretien de la configuration A2 d\u00e9crite dans le manuel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un technicien qualifi\u00e9 a valid\u00e9 la proc\u00e9dure et le liquide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le liquide peut \u00eatre confin\u00e9 sans entrer en contact avec les c\u00e2bles, les connecteurs, les moteurs ou les cartes \u00e9lectroniques.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour un autre mod\u00e8le, consultez son manuel ou contactez le service d'assistance XINFLYING afin d'obtenir les informations relatives au liquide de trempage homologu\u00e9, \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature, \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e de contact et \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure de lib\u00e9ration du chariot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Signaler tout blocage persistant ou tout soup\u00e7on de l\u00e9sion c\u00e9r\u00e9brale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le document A2 mentionne le nettoyage de la t\u00eate d'impression \u00e0 l'aide d'une seringue comme dernier recours diagnostique et pr\u00e9cise qu'il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire de remplacer la t\u00eate d'impression si les op\u00e9rations r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es de nettoyage et de trempage ne donnent pas de r\u00e9sultats. L'injection de liquide \u00e0 une pression ou dans une direction inappropri\u00e9e peut endommager la plaque \u00e0 buses, les joints d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 ou les composants \u00e9lectroniques.
