La pr\u00e9sence de liquide sur les c\u00e2bles de la t\u00eate d'impression peut provoquer un court-circuit et endommager de mani\u00e8re irr\u00e9versible la t\u00eate d'impression ou les composants \u00e9lectroniques.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu'est-ce qu'un choc de la t\u00eate d'impression DTF ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On parle de \u00ab choc de la t\u00eate d'impression DTF \u00bb lorsque la t\u00eate d'impression ou la zone situ\u00e9e autour de sa plaque \u00e0 buses entre physiquement en contact avec le film PET. Les op\u00e9rateurs peuvent d\u00e9crire ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne comme un choc, un frottement ou une rayure de la t\u00eate d'impression sur le film.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le contact peut :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Laissez une rayure, un trait d'encre ou une zone ab\u00eem\u00e9e sur le film.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diriger les particules issues de l'enrobage ou tout autre d\u00e9bris vers la zone de la buse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interrompez un ou plusieurs canaux de buse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En cas de contact trop intense, cela peut endommager la plaque de la buse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cela perturberait le d\u00e9filement du film et provoquerait une nouvelle interruption.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une rayure ne signifie pas n\u00e9cessairement que la t\u00eate d'impression est d\u00e9finitivement endommag\u00e9e.
