C'est ce durcissement instantan\u00e9 qui permet \u00e0 l'impression UV de fonctionner sur des mat\u00e9riaux que d'autres m\u00e9thodes d'impression ne parviennent pas \u00e0 traiter correctement : des surfaces rigides et non poreuses telles que le verre, le m\u00e9tal, l'acrylique et le bois, o\u00f9 l'encre liquide ne peut pas p\u00e9n\u00e9trer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La technologie en elle-m\u00eame n\u2019est pas tout \u00e0 fait nouvelle : le durcissement aux UV a d\u2019abord \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 des fins commerciales pour des produits tels que le vernis \u00e0 ongles en gel et les rev\u00eatements industriels, avant d\u2019\u00eatre adopt\u00e9 par le secteur de l\u2019impression. Ce qui a chang\u00e9, c\u2019est qu\u2019\u00e0 mesure que les lampes UV, les encres et les t\u00eates d\u2019impression sont devenues plus performantes et plus abordables, l\u2019impression UV est pass\u00e9e d\u2019un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 industriel de niche \u00e0 une technologie dans laquelle les petits imprimeurs, les fabricants d\u2019enseignes et les entreprises de personnalisation de produits pouvaient r\u00e9ellement investir. class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces deux m\u00e9thodes sont souvent confondues car elles permettent toutes deux d\u2019obtenir des r\u00e9sultats aux couleurs vives et \u00e9clatantes, mais leur fonctionnement est fondamentalement diff\u00e9rent. L\u2019impression UV fixe l\u2019encre directement sur l\u2019objet final \u00e0 l\u2019aide de rayons UV \u2014 sans presse \u00e0 chaud ni \u00e9tape de transfert distincte. L'impression DTF (Direct-to-Film) imprime d'abord sur un film, puis transf\u00e8re le motif sur le tissu \u00e0 l'aide de chaleur et de pression, une couche de poudre adh\u00e9sive assurant la liaison entre l'encre et les fibres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support : L'impression UV est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement mieux adapt\u00e9e aux mat\u00e9riaux rigides ou aux surfaces dures sp\u00e9cifiques, tels que l'acrylique, le verre, le bois et le m\u00e9tal. La technologie DTF est sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ue pour les tissus et les supports souples et flexibles, comme le coton, le polyester et les m\u00e9langes de fibres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 : L'impression UV est un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 direct en un seul passage. Le DTF comporte plusieurs \u00e9tapes \u2014 impression, saupoudrage, durcissement et pressage \u2014 avant que le motif n'atteigne sa surface finale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibilit\u00e9 de la finition : l'encre UV reste en surface et peut se fissurer si le tissu subit une flexion importante, tandis que les transferts DTF sont con\u00e7us pour s'\u00e9tirer et \u00e9pouser les mouvements du tissu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cas d'utilisation typique : une entreprise qui personnalise \u00e0 la fois des objets inertes (panneaux de signalisation, verres et tasses) et des articles textiles (t-shirts, v\u00eatements) finit souvent par avoir besoin des deux technologies plut\u00f4t que d'en choisir une plut\u00f4t que l'autre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Impression UV<\/strong>g<strong> vs. Impression DTF aux UV<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.xin-flying.com\/fr\/imprimante-uv\/imprimante-uv-dtf\/\">Impression UV DTF<\/a> Il s'agit d'un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 apparent\u00e9 mais distinct, et le chevauchement des termes pr\u00eate souvent \u00e0 confusion. L'impression UV standard applique l'encre directement sur l'objet \u00e0 d\u00e9corer \u2014 \u00e0 l'aide d'une imprimante \u00e0 plat, d'un gabarit de fixation ou d'un accessoire rotatif pour les objets courbes. L'impression UV DTF, quant \u00e0 elle, imprime d'abord le motif sur un film de transfert, puis ce film est appliqu\u00e9 sur l'objet, \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d'un autocollant de haute qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L'impression UV DTF est particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e aux petits objets, aux surfaces courbes ou aux configurations de production o\u00f9 il n'est pas pratique de placer chaque objet directement dans une imprimante \u00e0 plat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les transferts DTF UV \u00e9tant imprim\u00e9s \u00e0 l'avance, ils peuvent \u00eatre produits par lots et appliqu\u00e9s ult\u00e9rieurement, \u00e0 l'instar des transferts DTF pour v\u00eatements \u2014 ce qui s'av\u00e8re utile pour les entreprises qui souhaitent dissocier le temps d'impression du temps d'application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L'impression UV standard (directement sur l'objet) offre g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un r\u00e9sultat final l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus r\u00e9sistant et mieux int\u00e9gr\u00e9, puisqu'il n'y a pas de couche adh\u00e9sive entre l'encre et l'objet, tandis que l'impression UV DTF sacrifie un peu de cette r\u00e9sistance au profit d'une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9 dans le choix des objets \u00e0 d\u00e9corer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 prendre en compte avant d'opter pour l'impression UV<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Co\u00fbt du mat\u00e9riel : les imprimantes UV, en particulier les mod\u00e8les \u00e0 plat dot\u00e9s d'une grande surface d'impression, repr\u00e9sentent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un investissement initial plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que les \u00e9quipements DTF ou DTG d'entr\u00e9e de gamme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les surfaces planes ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement courbes sont les plus adapt\u00e9es : sans accessoire rotatif, l'impression UV convient mieux aux objets plats ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement courbes qu'aux formes tr\u00e8s irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ce n'est pas une solution adapt\u00e9e au tissu : pour les t-shirts, les sweats \u00e0 capuche et autres v\u00eatements souples destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre port\u00e9s et lav\u00e9s \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, l'impression DTF ou DTG reste le choix le plus pratique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L'entretien est essentiel : comme tout syst\u00e8me \u00e0 jet d'encre, les imprimantes UV n\u00e9cessitent des contr\u00f4les r\u00e9guliers des buses et un entretien des t\u00eates d'impression ; les canaux d'encre blanche, en particulier, doivent faire l'objet d'une circulation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re pour \u00e9viter tout encrassement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Foire aux questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"schema-faq wp-block-yoast-faq-block\"><div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1784512515505\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\"><strong>L'impression UV est-elle identique \u00e0 l'impression jet d'encre classique ?<\/strong><\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">Non.
