Il s'agit de l'un des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s d'impression num\u00e9rique les plus durables, les plus \u00e9clatants et les plus polyvalents disponibles aujourd'hui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce guide vous accompagne pas \u00e0 pas tout au long du processus d'impression par sublimation thermique, afin que vous compreniez exactement ce qui se passe, du fichier au produit fini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu'est-ce qui fait que<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.xin-flying.com\/fr\/imprimante-a-sublimation-thermique\/\"> <\/a><\/mark><a href=\"https:\/\/www.xin-flying.com\/fr\/imprimante-a-sublimation-thermique\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">Sublimation thermique <\/mark><\/a>Diff\u00e9rent ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'impression jet d'encre traditionnelle consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9poser de l'encre \u00e0 la surface d'un support. La sublimation thermique fonctionne de mani\u00e8re fondamentalement diff\u00e9rente : elle transforme l'encre en gaz qui se lie physiquement au support au niveau mol\u00e9culaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le r\u00e9sultat est un imprim\u00e9 qui fait partie int\u00e9grante du tissu lui-m\u00eame \u2014 et non pas simplement superpos\u00e9 \u00e0 celui-ci. Il n'y a ni texture, ni \u00e9caillage, ni fissure. Les couleurs restent \u00e9clatantes pendant des ann\u00e9es, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s de nombreux lavages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c9tape 1 : Pr\u00e9paration de la conception<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le processus de sublimation commence sur votre ordinateur avant m\u00eame que l'encre ne touche le papier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Configuration requise pour les fichiers<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>&nbsp;au moins 150 DPI \u00e0 la taille de sortie finale (300 DPI recommand\u00e9s pour les illustrations comportant de nombreux d\u00e9tails)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;conception en RVB (et non en CMJN \u2014 les imprimantes \u00e0 sublimation utilisent des profils ICC bas\u00e9s sur le RVB)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;utilisez le profil ICC sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 la combinaison \u00ab imprimante + encre + support \u00bb que vous utilisez<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;TIFF, PDF, PNG (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence sans perte ; \u00e9vitez le format JPEG pour les images pr\u00e9sentant des contours nets)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;Ajoutez un fond perdu de 0,25\u2033 \u00e0 0,5\u2033 pour les impressions sur toute la surface du v\u00eatement afin d'\u00e9viter l'apparition de bords blancs apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9coupe.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Impression en miroir<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s'agit d'une \u00e9tape cruciale que de nombreux d\u00e9butants n\u00e9gligent : les motifs destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la sublimation doivent \u00eatre imprim\u00e9s en miroir (retourn\u00e9s horizontalement). Lorsque vous placez le papier de transfert face vers le bas sur le support et que vous appliquez de la chaleur, l'image en miroir se transf\u00e8re correctement sur le produit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u26a0\ufe0f Important : <\/strong>Ne pas inverser l'image est l'une des erreurs les plus courantes et les plus co\u00fbteuses commises par les d\u00e9butants. V\u00e9rifiez toujours le param\u00e8tre d'inversion dans votre logiciel RIP ou votre pilote d'imprimante avant de lancer l'impression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c9tape 2 : Impression sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xin-flying.com\/fr\/produit\/papier-de-sublimation-xinflying-d001\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">Papier de transfert<\/mark><\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois votre fichier de conception pr\u00eat, l'\u00e9tape suivante consiste \u00e0 l'imprimer sur du papier de transfert par sublimation \u00e0 l'aide d'encre de sublimation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment fonctionne l'encre de sublimation ?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'encre de sublimation est une encre \u00e0 base de colorants qui se pr\u00e9sente sous forme solide \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Contrairement aux encres \u00e0 base de pigments, l'encre de sublimation est con\u00e7ue pour subir une transition de phase \u2014 passant directement de l'\u00e9tat solide \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat gazeux \u2014 lorsqu'elle est expos\u00e9e \u00e0 une chaleur intense. C'est ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui constitue la r\u00e9action de sublimation proprement dite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante et apr\u00e8s l'impression, l'encre se trouve \u00e0 la surface du papier de transfert dans un \u00e9tat semi-stable. Elle n'est pas encore fix\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9finitive sur quoi que ce soit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Param\u00e8tres d'impression pour un r\u00e9sultat optimal<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>&nbsp;r\u00e9glage \u00ab haute qualit\u00e9 \u00bb ou \u00ab meilleure qualit\u00e9 \u00bb pour une densit\u00e9 d'encre maximale<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;s\u00e9lectionnez le r\u00e9glage le plus proche de \u2018 photo mate \u2019 ou \u2018 papier de pr\u00e9sentation \u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;utilisez votre profil ICC calibr\u00e9 ; laissez le logiciel RIP ou le pilote g\u00e9rer les couleurs<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;laisser les impressions s\u00e9cher compl\u00e8tement avant le pressage \u00e0 chaud (1 \u00e0 3 minutes au minimum)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Choix du papier de transfert<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le papier sur lequel vous imprimez influe sur le transfert d'encre et la nettet\u00e9 de l'image. Les papiers \u00e0 haut transfert d'encre transf\u00e8rent davantage d'encre vers le support, ce qui permet d'obtenir un r\u00e9sultat plus \u00e9clatant. Les papiers \u00e0 faible transfert d'encre sont utiles pour les d\u00e9tails fins et pour limiter les bavures sur les tissus d\u00e9licats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c9tape 3 : Pr\u00e9paration du substrat<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sublimation ne fonctionne que sur les tissus en polyester (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du polyester 65%+ pour des couleurs vives, ou du polyester 100% pour des r\u00e9sultats optimaux) et sur les objets rigides recouverts d'un rev\u00eatement polym\u00e8re (mugs, coques de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, panneaux en aluminium, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant l'impression :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>&nbsp;pendant 3 \u00e0 5 secondes pour \u00e9liminer l'humidit\u00e9 et les plis<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assurez-vous que le support est propre et exempt de poussi\u00e8re, de graisse ou de peluches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour les v\u00eatements, utilisez des rouleaux anti-peluches et veillez \u00e0 ce que la surface de travail reste propre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les articles rigides recouverts d'un rev\u00eatement polym\u00e8re doivent \u00eatre conserv\u00e9s dans un emballage herm\u00e9tique jusqu'\u00e0 leur utilisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conseil de pro : <\/strong>L'humidit\u00e9 emprisonn\u00e9e dans le tissu lors du repassage provoque des traces fant\u00f4mes et ternit les couleurs. Veillez \u00e0 toujours repasser les v\u00eatements avant d'effectuer le transfert par sublimation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c9tape 4 : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xin-flying.com\/fr\/produit\/presse-a-chaud-par-sublimation-xinflying-h800\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">Transfert thermique<\/mark><\/a> \u2014 La r\u00e9action de sublimation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C'est l\u00e0 que la r\u00e9action chimique se produit. Le papier de transfert imprim\u00e9 est plac\u00e9 face vers le bas sur le support, fix\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide de ruban adh\u00e9sif r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur, puis introduit dans la presse \u00e0 chaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les trois variables de la sublimation<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque transfert par sublimation est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par trois variables interd\u00e9pendantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Temp\u00e9rature<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plage typique : 380 \u00b0F \u00e0 428 \u00b0F (193 \u00b0C \u00e0 220 \u00b0C). \u00c0 cette temp\u00e9rature, le colorant par sublimation passe de l'\u00e9tat solide \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat gazeux et ouvre la structure polym\u00e8re du support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>&nbsp;transfert de couleur terne et incomplet<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;chaleur intense, alt\u00e9ration des couleurs (notamment les jaunes et les rouges), d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration du tissu<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Pression<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une pression constante et uniforme garantit un contact total entre le papier de transfert et le support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>&nbsp;transfert irr\u00e9gulier, taches claires, contours flous<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;texture de tissu froiss\u00e9, d\u00e9formation sur des supports rigides<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La plupart des presses \u00e0 plat fonctionnent \u00e0 pression moyenne. Les presses de calandrage (rouleau \u00e0 rouleau) utilisent une pression des rouleaux calibr\u00e9e avec pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Temps de s\u00e9jour<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La dur\u00e9e pendant laquelle la presse reste ferm\u00e9e \u2014 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre 45 et 90 secondes, selon le type de support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>&nbsp;45 \u00e0 55 secondes<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;60 \u00e0 75 secondes<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;150 \u00e0 180 secondes dans une cafeti\u00e8re \u00e0 piston<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;60 \u00e0 90 secondes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Que se passe-t-il au niveau mol\u00e9culaire ?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au cours du cycle de pressage, l'action combin\u00e9e de la chaleur et de la pression provoque trois ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes simultan\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le colorant de sublimation passe de l'\u00e9tat solide \u00e0 l'\u00e9tat gazeux (sublimation)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La structure polym\u00e8re du substrat se dilate et s'ouvre, cr\u00e9ant ainsi des vides microscopiques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les mol\u00e9cules de colorant gazeuses p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans la structure polym\u00e8re du substrat et s'y lient<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque la presse s'ouvre et que le support refroidit, le polym\u00e8re se contracte, emprisonnant d\u00e9finitivement le colorant \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur. Le papier de transfert est jet\u00e9 ; toute l'encre a migr\u00e9 vers le support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c9tape 5 : Traitement apr\u00e8s impression<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois la presse ouverte, une manipulation ad\u00e9quate garantit un r\u00e9sultat final optimal :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>&nbsp;(d\u00e9collage \u00e0 chaud) ou laisser refroidir au pr\u00e9alable (d\u00e9collage \u00e0 froid), selon le type de papier<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;\u2014 il sera tr\u00e8s chaud juste apr\u00e8s le pressage<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;\u2014 les \u00e9ventuels probl\u00e8mes (effets fant\u00f4mes, zones manquantes, alt\u00e9ration des couleurs) sont plus faciles \u00e0 diagnostiquer lorsque les r\u00e9glages de la presse sont encore r\u00e9cents<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;pour \u00e9viter les plis<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u26a0\ufe0f Attention au \u00ab ghosting \u00bb : <\/strong>Si le papier de transfert bouge ne serait-ce que l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pendant que le support refroidit, vous risquez d'obtenir un \u2018 fant\u00f4me \u2019, c'est-\u00e0-dire une double image \u00e0 peine visible. Attendez toujours que le support soit compl\u00e8tement refroidi avant de d\u00e9placer le papier de transfert (papiers \u00e0 d\u00e9coller \u00e0 froid) ou d\u00e9collez-le imm\u00e9diatement tant qu'il est encore chaud (papiers \u00e0 d\u00e9coller \u00e0 chaud).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Probl\u00e8mes courants li\u00e9s au proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de sublimation et leurs solutions<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Couleurs ternes ou d\u00e9lav\u00e9es<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>&nbsp;temp\u00e9rature, temps de maintien ou pression insuffisants<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&nbsp;augmenter la temp\u00e9rature par paliers de 5 \u00b0F ;
