Ne v\u00e9rifiez pas le bon fonctionnement de l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment chauffant en touchant le four ou en approchant votre main d'une ouverture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 prendre imm\u00e9diatement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cessez d'introduire du film imprim\u00e9 dans le s\u00e9choir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suivez la proc\u00e9dure habituelle d'arr\u00eat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coupez l'alimentation avant d'ouvrir tout capot \u00e9lectrique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laissez les composants chauds refroidir compl\u00e8tement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9loignez les mat\u00e9riaux inflammables et les poudres en vrac des zones chaudes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous sentez une odeur d'isolant br\u00fbl\u00e9, si vous voyez de la fum\u00e9e, si vous constatez qu'un connecteur a fondu ou si vous observez une \u00e9l\u00e9vation incontr\u00f4l\u00e9e de la temp\u00e9rature, \u00e9teignez l'appareil et faites appel \u00e0 un technicien. Ne le r\u00e9initialisez pas \u00e0 plusieurs reprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respectez les fiches de donn\u00e9es de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (FDS) et les consignes de ventilation applicables au film et \u00e0 la poudre thermofusible que vous utilisez. Cessez de chauffer tout mat\u00e9riau qui d\u00e9gage une fum\u00e9e, une odeur ou une d\u00e9coloration inhabituelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. V\u00e9rifier les param\u00e8tres, les conditions d'alimentation et l'\u00e9tat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant de conclure qu\u2019une pi\u00e8ce est d\u00e9fectueuse, v\u00e9rifiez que la fonction de chauffage est activ\u00e9e, que l\u2019unit\u00e9 de temp\u00e9rature et la consigne sont correctes, et que le r\u00e9gulateur n\u2019attend pas une autre condition de fonctionnement document\u00e9e. Notez tout symbole ou code d\u2019alarme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilisez les r\u00e9glages de temp\u00e9rature et de processus homologu\u00e9s pour le film, la poudre et l\u2019\u00e9quipement concern\u00e9s. Cet article ne fournit pas de temp\u00e9rature de durcissement universelle, car les consommables et la conception des s\u00e9choirs varient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si aucune zone n'est chauff\u00e9e, comparez la plaque signal\u00e9tique de la machine avec les caract\u00e9ristiques techniques de l'alimentation \u00e9lectrique install\u00e9e. Un technicien doit se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer \u00e0 la documentation \u00e9lectrique pour v\u00e9rifier l'alimentation du circuit de chauffage, l'\u00e9tat des fusibles ou des disjoncteurs, ainsi que tout probl\u00e8me document\u00e9 concernant la circulation d'air, le transport, le capot ou le verrouillage thermique. Les op\u00e9rateurs ne doivent pas ouvrir un tableau \u00e9lectrique ni r\u00e9enclencher \u00e0 plusieurs reprises un dispositif de protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. V\u00e9rifier si tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments chauffants fonctionnent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La FAQ A2 indique que la v\u00e9rification des r\u00e9sistances de chauffage constitue le premier point \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler au niveau du mat\u00e9riel. Un s\u00e8che-linge \u00e0 plusieurs r\u00e9sistances peut d\u00e9gager un peu de chaleur m\u00eame lorsqu\u2019une r\u00e9sistance est d\u00e9fectueuse ; par cons\u00e9quent, le fait qu\u2019il soit \u201c ti\u00e8de \u201d ne prouve pas que l\u2019ensemble du syst\u00e8me de chauffage fonctionne correctement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un technicien peut comparer les zones \u00e0 l'aide de la m\u00e9thode de test homologu\u00e9e pour le mod\u00e8le. Les tests de r\u00e9sistance et de continuit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessitent que le circuit de chauffage soit mis hors tension, isol\u00e9 et que l'absence de tension soit v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e. Si la proc\u00e9dure d'entretien autorise une comparaison de la temp\u00e9rature des zones sous tension, remettez d'abord en place tous les capots et dispositifs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, et utilisez uniquement la m\u00e9thode de mesure sans contact homologu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notez la zone d\u00e9faillante ainsi que la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence indiqu\u00e9e sur l'appareil de chauffage ou sur le sch\u00e9ma \u00e9lectrique. Les pi\u00e8ces de rechange doivent \u00eatre conformes aux sp\u00e9cifications \u00e9lectriques et thermiques du mod\u00e8le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. V\u00e9rifier le c\u00e2blage de la sonde de temp\u00e9rature et du r\u00e9gulateur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le document A2 recommande ensuite de v\u00e9rifier les probl\u00e8mes de mauvais contact au niveau de la sonde et du c\u00e2blage du r\u00e9gulateur de temp\u00e9rature. Une connexion desserr\u00e9e, endommag\u00e9e ou encrass\u00e9e peut entra\u00eener une lecture erron\u00e9e de la temp\u00e9rature ou emp\u00eacher un fonctionnement normal du r\u00e9gulateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois l'alimentation coup\u00e9e, un technicien doit v\u00e9rifier :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la mise en place des connecteurs et le serrage des bornes conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure d'entretien ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>coupures, pincements, d\u00e9coloration ou surchauffe de l'isolation ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>acheminer le c\u00e2ble de la sonde \u00e0 l'\u00e9cart des zones endommag\u00e9es ; et<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e9rifiez bien l'identification des bornes avant de d\u00e9brancher le moindre fil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9tiquetez chaque conducteur. Inverser ou d\u00e9placer le c\u00e2blage des sondes et des commandes peut entra\u00eener des mesures non fiables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Isoler la sonde, le contr\u00f4leur et le relais statique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la pr\u00e9sence des \u00e9l\u00e9ments chauffants et des connexions visibles est confirm\u00e9e, la FAQ A2 identifie trois autres causes possibles : la sonde de temp\u00e9rature, le r\u00e9gulateur de temp\u00e9rature et le relais statique (SSR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leurs r\u00f4les sont diff\u00e9rents :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le <strong>sonde<\/strong> indique la temp\u00e9rature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le <strong>contr\u00f4leur<\/strong> compare la valeur mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 la consigne et active le chauffage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le <strong>SSR<\/strong> met le chauffage sous tension lorsqu'on lui en donne l'ordre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un technicien doit v\u00e9rifier si la valeur indiqu\u00e9e par la sonde est fiable, si le r\u00e9gulateur envoie la commande de chauffage attendue et si la sortie du relais \u00e9volue comme pr\u00e9vu, tant en \u00e9tat \u00ab chauffage activ\u00e9 \u00bb qu'en \u00e9tat \u00ab chauffage d\u00e9sactiv\u00e9 \u00bb. Si la proc\u00e9dure d'intervention autorise le remplacement de composants, utilisez un seul composant \u00e0 la fois, v\u00e9rifi\u00e9, compatible et dont le bon fonctionnement est av\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne contournez pas la sonde, le r\u00e9gulateur, le relais, le fusible ou la protection thermique. Un contournement peut d\u00e9sactiver le contr\u00f4le de la temp\u00e9rature ou la protection de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et entra\u00eener un risque d'incendie ou de br\u00fblure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. V\u00e9rifier la r\u00e9paration \u00e0 l'aide d'une mise en temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois tous les capots et dispositifs de protection remis en place, proc\u00e9dez \u00e0 une mise en route \u00e0 vide sous surveillance, conform\u00e9ment aux instructions du mod\u00e8le. V\u00e9rifiez que :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la temp\u00e9rature affich\u00e9e augmente de mani\u00e8re plausible ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>chaque zone se r\u00e9chauffe comme pr\u00e9vu ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la temp\u00e9rature se stabilise au lieu de continuer \u00e0 augmenter ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>il n'y a ni odeur anormale, ni fum\u00e9e, ni bruit inhabituel, ni signe visible de surchauffe ; et<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l'appareil coupe le chauffage lorsqu'il en re\u00e7oit l'ordre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce n'est qu'\u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 qu'il convient de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un petit essai de production et d'\u00e9valuer le durcissement selon les param\u00e8tres de processus approuv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Envoyer une demande concernant le chauffage d'un s\u00e8che-linge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour aider l'\u00e9quipe d'assistance \u00e0 identifier le circuit concern\u00e9 et le test \u00e0 effectuer ensuite, veuillez envoyer :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>le mod\u00e8le et le num\u00e9ro de s\u00e9rie de l'\u00e9quipement ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les caract\u00e9ristiques de puissance indiqu\u00e9es sur la plaque signal\u00e9tique ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une vid\u00e9o de l'\u00e9cran du contr\u00f4leur pendant la phase de pr\u00e9chauffage ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tout symbole ou code d'alarme ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la zone de chauffage concern\u00e9e ; et<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les observations et les r\u00e9sultats des tests consign\u00e9s par le technicien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9vitez de vous contenter d'une conclusion telle que \u201c le SSR est mauvais \u201d.
