Suivez ces 5 \u00e9tapes de v\u00e9rification"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si un moteur A2 DTF de saupoudrage ou de secouage ne fonctionne pas, mettez l'appareil hors tension et v\u00e9rifiez d'abord s'il y a un roulement bloqu\u00e9 ou endommag\u00e9, de la poudre compact\u00e9e ou toute autre obstruction m\u00e9canique. Si le m\u00e9canisme tourne librement, un technicien qualifi\u00e9 peut v\u00e9rifier si le moteur re\u00e7oit la tension d'entr\u00e9e CC sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e. Si la tension de commande correcte est pr\u00e9sente dans des conditions de test homologu\u00e9es mais que le moteur ne bouge pas, le moteur ou son raccordement local devient le principal suspect. D'autres mod\u00e8les peuvent utiliser des moteurs, des tensions, des commandes et des dispositifs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Identifier la fonction qui ne fonctionne plus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le syst\u00e8me de poudrage peut comporter plusieurs fonctions de mouvement. V\u00e9rifiez si le d\u00e9faut affecte :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>application de poudre ou saupoudrage ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le m\u00e9canisme de secouage ou de vibration ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le d\u00e9placement de la pellicule \u00e0 travers l'agitateur ; ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>toutes les fonctions en aval en m\u00eame temps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un moteur qui \u00e9met un bourdonnement mais ne tourne pas pr\u00e9sente un sympt\u00f4me diff\u00e9rent de celui d'un moteur qui est compl\u00e8tement silencieux. Notez le bruit, le mouvement, l'\u00e9tat de l'affichage et la commande cens\u00e9e d\u00e9marrer le moteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S\u00e9curit\u00e9 relative aux poudres, aux mouvements et \u00e0 l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Coupez l'alimentation \u00e9lectrique en suivant la proc\u00e9dure d'isolation approuv\u00e9e avant d'approcher vos mains des arbres, des roulements, des cha\u00eenes, des rouleaux ou des c\u00e2bles. Laissez refroidir les \u00e9l\u00e9ments chauds. \u00c9loignez les v\u00eatements amples et les outils des pi\u00e8ces en mouvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les mesures \u00e9lectriques doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9es par un technicien qualifi\u00e9 disposant d'un appareil de mesure adapt\u00e9, de points de test appropri\u00e9s et d'un \u00e9quipement de protection individuelle ad\u00e9quat. Ne contournez jamais un dispositif de protection, un fusible, un dispositif thermique, un capteur ou un verrouillage pour forcer le moteur \u00e0 fonctionner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Respectez la fiche de donn\u00e9es de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (FDS) correspondant \u00e0 la poudre thermofusible utilis\u00e9e. N'utilisez que la m\u00e9thode de nettoyage approuv\u00e9e, \u00e9vitez de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la poussi\u00e8re en suspension dans l'air et portez les \u00e9quipements de protection respiratoire, oculaire et cutan\u00e9e indiqu\u00e9s dans la FDS. N'utilisez pas d'air comprim\u00e9 ni d'aspirateur non homologu\u00e9 pour \u00e9liminer la poudre accumul\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. V\u00e9rifiez si un roulement est bloqu\u00e9 ou endommag\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La FAQ A2 indique que le roulement est le premier \u00e9l\u00e9ment \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier. Des r\u00e9sidus de poudre, un corps \u00e9tranger, un d\u00e9salignement ou un roulement endommag\u00e9 peuvent emp\u00eacher tout mouvement, m\u00eame lorsque le moteur est sous tension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois l'alimentation coup\u00e9e et conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure de maintenance, v\u00e9rifiez les points suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de la poudre compact\u00e9e autour de l'arbre ou du m\u00e9canisme de mouvement ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un roulement qui semble grincer, \u00eatre gripp\u00e9 ou avoir du jeu ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un arbre dont le d\u00e9salignement est visible ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un accouplement, une cha\u00eene ou une tringlerie qui s'est d\u00e9plac\u00e9(e) ; et<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un corps \u00e9tranger qui emp\u00eache le transit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N'utilisez pas le moteur pour d\u00e9bloquer de force un bourrage. Rem\u00e9diez \u00e0 la cause m\u00e9canique avant de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un nouvel essai en marche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Distinguer une panne de moteur d'une panne d'alimentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le document A2 pr\u00e9voit une v\u00e9rification de l'entr\u00e9e 24 V CC au niveau du moteur. Si la tension de commande correcte est pr\u00e9sente, que le m\u00e9canisme tourne librement et que le moteur ne fonctionne toujours pas, le moteur ou son raccordement local devient le principal suspect. En l'absence de tension, inspectez l'interrupteur \u00e0 poudre, le c\u00e2blage, la sortie du contr\u00f4leur et les verrouillages document\u00e9s afin de d\u00e9tecter d'\u00e9ventuels dommages, un mauvais contact ou un \u00e9tat de commande incorrect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La valeur de 24 V est sp\u00e9cifique au mod\u00e8le A2.<\/strong> Avant de proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la mesure, un technicien doit v\u00e9rifier la tension nominale, le brochage du connecteur, la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence de mesure et les conditions de commande sp\u00e9cifiques au mod\u00e8le concern\u00e9. V\u00e9rifier l'interrupteur de r\u00e9gulation de la poudre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si le moteur ne re\u00e7oit aucun signal d'entr\u00e9e, v\u00e9rifiez que la fonction appropri\u00e9e a bien \u00e9t\u00e9 activ\u00e9e et que l'interrupteur fonctionne correctement sur le plan m\u00e9canique. Apr\u00e8s avoir coup\u00e9 l'alimentation, inspectez l'interrupteur et le connecteur accessibles pour v\u00e9rifier :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>un actionneur d\u00e9fectueux ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>montage non serr\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>une fiche d\u00e9branch\u00e9e ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la pr\u00e9sence de poudre ou de r\u00e9sidus \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de la zone de contr\u00f4le ; et<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un fil endommag\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de la borne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N'effectuez les tests de continuit\u00e9 ou de r\u00e9sistance qu'apr\u00e8s avoir mis le circuit hors tension, l'avoir isol\u00e9 et v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 qu'il est bien hors tension. Les tests sous tension doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s s\u00e9par\u00e9ment par un technicien qualifi\u00e9, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure d'intervention \u00e9lectrique sp\u00e9cifique au mod\u00e8le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Suivre le c\u00e2blage sans modifier plusieurs connexions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suivez le cheminement du faisceau de c\u00e2bles, tel qu'il est indiqu\u00e9, depuis l'interrupteur ou le variateur jusqu'au moteur. Recherchez une section pinc\u00e9e, une borne desserr\u00e9e, un connecteur en surchauffe ou un c\u00e2ble endommag\u00e9 par les vibrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c9tiquetez chaque connexion avant de la d\u00e9brancher et ne modifiez qu'un seul \u00e9l\u00e9ment \u00e0 la fois. V\u00e9rifier l'accumulation de poudre avant la remise en service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eame apr\u00e8s une r\u00e9paration \u00e9lectrique, la poussi\u00e8re accumul\u00e9e peut \u00e0 nouveau entra\u00eener une surcharge du m\u00e9canisme. Nettoyez les zones concern\u00e9es et v\u00e9rifiez que les joints, les capots et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de protection contre la poussi\u00e8re sont correctement install\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9install\u00e9 tous les dispositifs de protection, capots, joints et \u00e9l\u00e9ments anti-poussi\u00e8re requis, effectuez un bref essai hors production homologu\u00e9, suivi d'un petit essai de film contr\u00f4l\u00e9. V\u00e9rifiez si le moteur d\u00e9marre de mani\u00e8re fiable, maintient un fonctionnement normal et s'arr\u00eate \u00e0 la commande.
