Vuelve a colocar la pel\u00edcula DTF bien centrada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Libera la tensi\u00f3n del material seg\u00fan el procedimiento operativo y comprueba que el rollo est\u00e9 colocado en la direcci\u00f3n correcta. El film debe entrar perpendicularmente a los rodillos de alimentaci\u00f3n, con ambos bordes alineados con una referencia constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comprueba que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El n\u00facleo del rollo est\u00e1 completamente asentado en ambos soportes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los soportes no permiten el movimiento lateral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La pel\u00edcula est\u00e1 centrada o situada en la referencia de carga de la maqueta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El borde delantero est\u00e1 cortado en \u00e1ngulo recto, en lugar de en \u00e1ngulo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La pel\u00edcula recorre todas las gu\u00edas en el orden correcto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avanza un poco sin imprimir. Si uno de los bordes se adelanta al otro, corrige la alimentaci\u00f3n antes de continuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Compara los soportes del alimentador a ambos lados<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las preguntas frecuentes t\u00e9cnicas sobre el modelo A2 indican a los usuarios que comparen los bloques de soporte situados a ambos lados del conjunto de alimentaci\u00f3n de pel\u00edcula. Deben estar situados a la misma altura especificada. El principio general es que el eje del rollo y los soportes de gu\u00eda deben permanecer nivelados y paralelos a la trayectoria de alimentaci\u00f3n de la impresora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utiliza los puntos de referencia del modelo en lugar de guiarte \u00fanicamente por el borde del rollo. Un rollo puede parecer centrado aunque uno de los soportes est\u00e9 m\u00e1s alto que el otro. Esto genera una fuerza lateral constante a medida que se desenrolla la pel\u00edcula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No aflojes los elementos de fijaci\u00f3n estructurales ni reajustes el alimentador sin seguir el procedimiento de mantenimiento espec\u00edfico del modelo. Haz una fotograf\u00eda de ambos soportes y de sus marcas de ajuste y, a continuaci\u00f3n, ponte en contacto con el servicio de asistencia de XINFLYING antes de realizar cualquier ajuste de mantenimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Comprueba que el vac\u00edo de la platina est\u00e9 activado y sea uniforme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El vac\u00edo de la platina ayuda a mantener la pel\u00edcula plana mientras pasa por debajo del cabezal de impresi\u00f3n. En las preguntas frecuentes t\u00e9cnicas sobre el formato A2 se indica que la funci\u00f3n de succi\u00f3n es una comprobaci\u00f3n fundamental para el seguimiento de la pel\u00edcula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comprueba que el sistema de vac\u00edo est\u00e9 activado para el trabajo y que la pel\u00edcula quede bien extendida sobre la platina. Si una zona se levanta mientras otra permanece pegada, apaga la impresora antes de inspeccionar las aberturas de vac\u00edo accesibles en busca de restos de pel\u00edcula, polvo o residuos secos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una mayor succi\u00f3n no siempre es mejor. Una sujeci\u00f3n excesiva puede aumentar la resistencia al avance y alterar el comportamiento de alimentaci\u00f3n en algunos sistemas, mientras que una sujeci\u00f3n insuficiente puede provocar que la pel\u00edcula se levante o se ondule. Utiliza el ajuste recomendado para la impresora, el ancho y el grosor de la pel\u00edcula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Revisa todos los rodillos de presi\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos los rodillos de presi\u00f3n activos deben entrar en contacto con la pel\u00edcula de manera uniforme en las posiciones previstas. Un solo rodillo desenganchado, sucio, desgastado o da\u00f1ado puede provocar que un lado avance de forma diferente al otro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con la m\u00e1quina parada, comprueba lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Un rodillo que no est\u00e1 bajado ni bloqueado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presi\u00f3n desigual a lo largo del ancho de la pel\u00edcula.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zonas aplanadas, grietas o falta de material.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tinta, polvo adhesivo o residuos en la superficie del rodillo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un rodillo situado fuera del \u00e1rea \u00fatil del soporte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Limpia los rodillos \u00fanicamente siguiendo el m\u00e9todo autorizado. Sustituye cualquier rodillo da\u00f1ado en lugar de aumentar la presi\u00f3n sobre los rodillos restantes para compensar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Comprueba la tensi\u00f3n de desenrollado y de recogida<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En un sistema rollo a rollo, la impresora, el agitador, el secador y la rebobinadora no deben ejercer una tracci\u00f3n desigual entre s\u00ed. Una fuerza de recogida excesiva puede estirar o desviar la pel\u00edcula. Una tensi\u00f3n insuficiente puede provocar holgura, arrugas o un seguimiento inestable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Realiza una breve prueba de alimentaci\u00f3n y comprueba si:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El rollo de material se desenrolla sin problemas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La pel\u00edcula permanece plana entre la impresora y los equipos posteriores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La barra o el sensor del bailar\u00edn, una vez instalados, responden sin atascarse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El rollo de recogida se va enrollando en l\u00ednea recta en lugar de formar un cono.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si la pel\u00edcula se mantiene recta a lo largo de la impresora pero se desplaza tras entrar en el agitador o el rebobinador, comprueba el sistema de tensi\u00f3n posterior. No modifiques la alineaci\u00f3n de la impresora para compensar un fallo que se produce despu\u00e9s de que la pel\u00edcula salga de la impresora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Descartar el rizado de la pel\u00edcula, los da\u00f1os debidos al almacenamiento y la presencia de residuos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El film almacenado bajo una presi\u00f3n desigual o en condiciones ambientales inadecuadas puede presentar un rizado en los bordes. Un n\u00facleo doblado tambi\u00e9n puede provocar un movimiento lateral repetitivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compara el rollo sospechoso con uno que se sepa que funciona bien y sea compatible con el modelo. Limpia el polvo suelto o los residuos de la trayectoria de alimentaci\u00f3n accesible con la alimentaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica desconectada. No utilices pel\u00edcula con el borde da\u00f1ado, ya que podr\u00eda levantarse y entrar en la trayectoria del cabezal de impresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Realiza una prueba de seguridad despu\u00e9s de cada ajuste<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Corrija un problema y, a continuaci\u00f3n, realice una prueba de alimentaci\u00f3n controlada antes de reanudar el trabajo completo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Marca ambos bordes de la pel\u00edcula en la referencia de entrada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avanza la pel\u00edcula lo suficiente como para que se aprecie una deriva gradual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprueba que la pel\u00edcula quede bien plana debajo del carro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprueba que el rodillo de recogida mantenga su forma cil\u00edndrica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haz una peque\u00f1a impresi\u00f3n de prueba lejos de los bordes de la pel\u00edcula.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cambia una variable cada vez.
