A diferencia de la tinta de inyecci\u00f3n de tinta est\u00e1ndar o la tinta solvente, que se secan por evaporaci\u00f3n o absorci\u00f3n, la tinta curable por UV se endurece en el momento en que se expone a la luz ultravioleta procedente de las l\u00e1mparas integradas en la impresora. Este curado instant\u00e1neo es lo que permite que la impresi\u00f3n UV funcione en materiales que otros m\u00e9todos de impresi\u00f3n no pueden tratar adecuadamente: superficies r\u00edgidas y no porosas como el vidrio, el metal, el acr\u00edlico y la madera, en las que la tinta l\u00edquida no tiene nada en lo que penetrar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La tecnolog\u00eda en s\u00ed no es del todo nueva: el curado UV se utiliz\u00f3 por primera vez con fines comerciales en productos como el esmalte de u\u00f1as en gel y los recubrimientos industriales, antes de que la industria de la impresi\u00f3n la adoptara. Lo que ha cambiado es que, a medida que las l\u00e1mparas UV, las tintas y los cabezales de impresi\u00f3n se han perfeccionado y se han vuelto m\u00e1s asequibles, la impresi\u00f3n UV ha pasado de ser un proceso industrial de nicho a convertirse en algo en lo que las peque\u00f1as imprentas, los fabricantes de r\u00f3tulos y las empresas de personalizaci\u00f3n de productos pueden invertir de forma realista. embalarse o enviarse de inmediato, sin necesidad de esperar a que la tinta se seque al aire, lo que puede llevar horas en el caso de la impresi\u00f3n con tintas a base de disolventes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funciona sobre materiales no porosos: la tinta UV se adhiere a superficies como el cristal, el metal y el pl\u00e1stico, sobre las que las tintas l\u00edquidas La t\u00e9cnica DTF est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada espec\u00edficamente para tejidos y soportes blandos y flexibles, como el algod\u00f3n, el poli\u00e9ster y las mezclas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proceso: La impresi\u00f3n UV es un proceso directo de una sola pasada. La t\u00e9cnica DTF implica varias etapas \u2014impresi\u00f3n, aplicaci\u00f3n de polvo, curado y prensado\u2014 antes de que el dise\u00f1o adquiera su aspecto definitivo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibilidad del acabado: la tinta UV queda sobre la superficie y puede agrietarse si el material se flexiona considerablemente, mientras que las transferencias DTF est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para estirarse y moverse con el tejido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caso de uso t\u00edpico: una empresa dedicada a la personalizaci\u00f3n tanto de productos duraderos (carteler\u00eda, vasos y tazas) como de productos textiles (camisetas, ropa) suele acabar necesitando ambas tecnolog\u00edas, en lugar de optar por una u otra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Impresi\u00f3n UV<\/strong>g<strong> frente a la impresi\u00f3n DTF UV<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.xin-flying.com\/es\/impresora-uv\/impresora-uv-dtf\/\">Impresi\u00f3n DTF con rayos UV<\/a> Es un proceso relacionado, pero distinto, y la confusi\u00f3n en la terminolog\u00eda suele llevar a error a mucha gente. La impresi\u00f3n UV est\u00e1ndar aplica la tinta directamente sobre el objeto que se va a decorar \u2014ya sea mediante una impresora plana, una plantilla de sujeci\u00f3n o un accesorio rotativo para objetos curvos\u2014. La impresi\u00f3n UV DTF, por el contrario, imprime primero el dise\u00f1o sobre una pel\u00edcula de transferencia y, a continuaci\u00f3n, dicha pel\u00edcula se aplica al objeto, de forma similar a una pegatina de alta calidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La impresi\u00f3n UV DTF resulta \u00fatil para objetos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, superficies curvas o configuraciones de producci\u00f3n en las que no resulta pr\u00e1ctico colocar cada objeto directamente en una impresora plana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dado que las transferencias DTF UV se imprimen con antelaci\u00f3n, pueden producirse por lotes y aplicarse m\u00e1s tarde, de forma similar a como funcionan las transferencias DTF para prendas de vestir, lo cual resulta \u00fatil para las empresas que desean separar el tiempo de impresi\u00f3n del tiempo de aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La impresi\u00f3n UV est\u00e1ndar (directa sobre el objeto) suele ofrecer un acabado integrado ligeramente m\u00e1s duradero, ya que no hay una capa adhesiva entre la tinta y el objeto, mientras que la impresi\u00f3n UV DTF sacrifica una peque\u00f1a parte de esa durabilidad a cambio de una mayor flexibilidad a la hora de decorar distintos objetos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aspectos que hay que tener en cuenta antes de optar por la impresi\u00f3n UV<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coste del equipo: Las impresoras UV, sobre todo los modelos de mesa plana con un \u00e1rea de impresi\u00f3n m\u00e1s amplia, suelen suponer una inversi\u00f3n inicial mayor que los equipos DTF o DTG b\u00e1sicos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las superficies planas o ligeramente curvadas son las m\u00e1s adecuadas: sin un accesorio giratorio, la impresi\u00f3n UV resulta m\u00e1s adecuada para objetos planos o ligeramente curvados que para formas muy irregulares.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No es una soluci\u00f3n adecuada para tejidos: en el caso de camisetas, sudaderas con capucha y otras prendas de tejido suave destinadas a ser usadas y lavadas repetidamente, la impresi\u00f3n DTF o DTG sigue siendo la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s pr\u00e1ctica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El mantenimiento es fundamental: al igual que cualquier sistema de inyecci\u00f3n de tinta, las impresoras UV requieren revisiones peri\u00f3dicas de las boquillas y un mantenimiento de los cabezales de impresi\u00f3n; en particular, los canales de tinta blanca necesitan una circulaci\u00f3n regular para evitar que se obstruyan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preguntas frecuentes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"schema-faq wp-block-yoast-faq-block\"><div class=\"schema-faq-section\" id=\"faq-question-1784512515505\"><strong class=\"schema-faq-question\"><strong>\u00bfLa impresi\u00f3n UV es lo mismo que la impresi\u00f3n normal por inyecci\u00f3n de tinta?<\/strong><\/strong> <p class=\"schema-faq-answer\">No. La tinta normal para impresoras de inyecci\u00f3n de tinta se seca por evaporaci\u00f3n o por absorci\u00f3n en el material, lo que lleva tiempo y solo funciona bien en superficies absorbentes como el papel.
