Comprueba el sensor y el motor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando el rebobinador de una XINFLYING A2 no recoge la pel\u00edcula, comprueba primero si el motor no gira o si el eje gira sin accionar el n\u00facleo. Aseg\u00farate de que la pel\u00edcula est\u00e9 correctamente cargada y de que el n\u00facleo est\u00e9 bien sujeto; a continuaci\u00f3n, revisa el sensor, el interruptor y el motor del rebobinador, en ese orden. Detenga el sistema antes de que la pel\u00edcula suelta llegue a una secci\u00f3n de secado caliente, se enrolle alrededor de un rodillo o desalinee la trayectoria de impresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En las preguntas frecuentes de la impresora \u00abtodo en uno\u00bb XINFLYING A2, este componente se denomina \u00abrebobinador de papel\u00bb y se indican tres puntos que hay que comprobar: el sensor, el interruptor del rebobinador y el motor. En la producci\u00f3n DTF, el soporte suele ser una pel\u00edcula. No apliques la l\u00f3gica del sensor A2, los valores del motor ni los ajustes de recogida a otro modelo sin antes confirmarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Averigua qu\u00e9 significa que \u201calgo no funciona\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Observa el sistema sin acercar las manos a las piezas en movimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>S\u00edntoma<\/th><th>Compru\u00e9balo primero<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>El motor y el eje no se mueven<\/td><td>Estado del sensor, interruptor, comando del motor y circuito el\u00e9ctrico<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>El eje gira, pero el n\u00facleo no.<\/td><td>Soporte del n\u00facleo, embrague, acoplamiento o sujeci\u00f3n del n\u00facleo<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>La rebobinadora se pone en marcha y se detiene en momentos inadecuados<\/td><td>Posici\u00f3n del sensor, bucle de pel\u00edcula o contaminaci\u00f3n del sensor<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>El rollo se va acumulando hacia un lado<\/td><td>Alineaci\u00f3n del film, posici\u00f3n del rollo y tensi\u00f3n irregular<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>El motor se cala a medida que aumenta el balanceo<\/td><td>Resistencia mec\u00e1nica, ajuste de la tensi\u00f3n, acoplamiento o estado del motor<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde una distancia segura, graba un v\u00eddeo breve en el que se vean el bucle de pel\u00edcula, el sensor, el eje y el interruptor de control mientras se produce la aver\u00eda. Mant\u00e9n las manos, la ropa y las herramientas alejadas de la trayectoria de la pel\u00edcula en movimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seguridad antes de la inspecci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sigue el procedimiento habitual de apagado y desconecta la alimentaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica antes de tocar el eje, el acoplamiento, el cableado del sensor, el interruptor o el motor. Deja que la secadora se enfr\u00ede. Si el film suelto supone un riesgo inmediato de enredamiento o de sobrecalentamiento, sigue el procedimiento de parada de emergencia del modelo. No tires del film de un sistema de recogida que est\u00e9 conectado a la red el\u00e9ctrica ni puenteses un sensor para que el motor funcione de forma continua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Comprueba que la pel\u00edcula est\u00e9 bien colocada y que el n\u00facleo est\u00e9 bien encajado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de diagnosticar los problemas electr\u00f3nicos, comprueba los posibles fallos mec\u00e1nicos m\u00e1s sencillos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la pel\u00edcula se dirige en la direcci\u00f3n especificada;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>el n\u00facleo de sujeci\u00f3n est\u00e1 bien centrado;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>los soportes o collares fijan el n\u00facleo sin holgura lateral;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la pel\u00edcula se fija a lo largo de todo el n\u00facleo siguiendo el m\u00e9todo homologado; y<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hay suficiente envoltura inicial para que el n\u00facleo se agarre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si el eje gira pero el n\u00facleo no, comprueba el soporte, el acoplamiento o el embrague especificados para el modelo. No aumentes la tensi\u00f3n para compensar el deslizamiento del n\u00facleo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Comprueba el sensor del rebobinador<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la secci\u00f3n de preguntas frecuentes del A2 se menciona en primer lugar el sensor. Dependiendo del modelo, un sistema de recogida puede utilizar un bucle de pel\u00edcula, la posici\u00f3n del rodillo de apoyo u otro m\u00e9todo de detecci\u00f3n para controlar el motor. Comprueba el tipo de sensor del A2 y el \u00e1rea de detecci\u00f3n prevista en la informaci\u00f3n de servicio. Un sensor obstruido, desalineado, contaminado o que se active incorrectamente puede impedir la orden de marcha o provocar ciclos incorrectos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con el dispositivo apagado, comprueba el sensor accesible para ver si presenta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>polvo, part\u00edculas o restos de pel\u00edcula en la zona de detecci\u00f3n;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un soporte suelto o un cambio en el \u00e1ngulo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cable o conector da\u00f1ado;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pel\u00edcula desviada fuera del \u00e1rea de detecci\u00f3n prevista; y<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cualquier bailar\u00edn, activador o gu\u00eda registrado que no pueda moverse con libertad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u00edmpialo \u00fanicamente siguiendo el m\u00e9todo autorizado y respeta la ficha de datos de seguridad (FDS) del polvo termofusible. No utilices aire comprimido para eliminar el polvo del sensor y no lo muevas sin anotar su orientaci\u00f3n original.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez limpia la zona del sensor, vuelva a colocar todas las cubiertas necesarias y mantenga a las personas y las herramientas alejadas de la trayectoria de la pel\u00edcula. Cuando el procedimiento oficial permita realizar una prueba con alimentaci\u00f3n, un t\u00e9cnico cualificado podr\u00e1 observar el indicador del sensor o la entrada del controlador, tal y como se ha documentado, mientras el bucle de pel\u00edcula entra y sale de la zona de detecci\u00f3n. No puentee el sensor para simular una orden de funcionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Comprueba el interruptor del rebobinador<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comprueba que el rebobinador est\u00e9 activado en el modo de funcionamiento correcto. Inspecciona el interruptor para detectar si el actuador est\u00e1 roto, si la fijaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 suelta o si presenta un tacto an\u00f3malo. Una vez desconectada la alimentaci\u00f3n, un t\u00e9cnico puede comprobar su conector y el cableado seg\u00fan el esquema el\u00e9ctrico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si el interruptor tiene varias posiciones o modos, anota cu\u00e1l de ellas falla. No des por sentado que la etiqueta o la disposici\u00f3n de los contactos sea id\u00e9ntica en todos los modelos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Comprobar si el motor recibe la orden correcta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si el recorrido de la pel\u00edcula, el n\u00facleo, el sensor y el interruptor est\u00e1n correctos, el siguiente punto a comprobar es el motor o su alimentaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica. Un t\u00e9cnico cualificado debe utilizar el esquema el\u00e9ctrico del modelo y los valores nominales para determinar si el motor recibe la se\u00f1al de control prevista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si la alimentaci\u00f3n es correcta y el motor no se mueve, es probable que el problema est\u00e9 en el motor, en su conexi\u00f3n local o en un bloqueo mec\u00e1nico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si no hay se\u00f1al de entrada, el diagn\u00f3stico se centra en el sensor, el interruptor, el cableado, la salida del controlador o el enclavamiento documentado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Movimiento del eje sin puntos de sujeci\u00f3n \u00fatiles hacia el acoplamiento, el embrague, el soporte o la pinza del n\u00facleo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En esta secci\u00f3n de las preguntas frecuentes sobre el A2 no se indica la tensi\u00f3n del motor de rebobinado, por lo que no debes reutilizar la tensi\u00f3n del motor de p\u00f3lvora ni el valor de otro modelo. Si no se indica el valor nominal, la disposici\u00f3n de los pines del conector o las condiciones de comando, ponte en contacto con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.xin-flying.com\/es\/apoyo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Asistencia t\u00e9cnica de XINFLYING<\/a> antes de realizar la prueba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Comprobar la tensi\u00f3n y la alineaci\u00f3n antes de la producci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras volver a colocar todas las protecciones y cubiertas, y retirar las herramientas de la trayectoria de la pel\u00edcula, comprueba que el rebobinador no tire de la pel\u00edcula hacia los lados ni genere una tensi\u00f3n excesiva. El rollo debe formarse de manera uniforme, el bucle de la pel\u00edcula debe mantenerse dentro del rango previsto para el modelo y la impresora debe avanzar sin desviaciones visibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Realiza una breve prueba controlada y observa todo el recorrido, desde la salida de la impresora, pasando por el secador, hasta el rodillo de recogida. Det\u00e9n la prueba si el rollo se inclina hacia un lado, si la pel\u00edcula se tensa entre las m\u00e1quinas o si el motor se cala repetidamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Errores comunes que hay que evitar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sustituir el motor antes de comprobar si gira el eje o el n\u00facleo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prescindir del sensor en lugar de corregir el recorrido de la pel\u00edcula.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tirar de la pel\u00edcula con la mano mientras el sistema est\u00e1 encendido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aumentar la fuerza de tracci\u00f3n para corregir un balanceo sesgado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilizar un motor o un controlador no verificado de otro modelo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cambiar la posici\u00f3n del sensor sin marcar la ubicaci\u00f3n original.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enviar una consulta sobre rebobinadoras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Env\u00eda el modelo y el n\u00famero de serie, un v\u00eddeo del recorrido completo, fotos del sensor y del interruptor, la etiqueta del motor y una descripci\u00f3n indicando si se mueve el eje, el n\u00facleo o ninguno de los dos.
