Comprueba los elementos calefactores, la sonda y el SSR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tu secador DTF no calienta, comprueba primero si todas las zonas est\u00e1n fr\u00edas o si solo hay una zona afectada. Esa distinci\u00f3n ayuda a diferenciar un problema de configuraci\u00f3n o de suministro el\u00e9ctrico de un fallo en un circuito de calentamiento concreto. Estas mismas comprobaciones iniciales tambi\u00e9n se aplican cuando un agitador de polvo y secador DTF genera poco calor o un calor desigual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el caso de la impresora todo en uno XINFLYING A2, el procedimiento de resoluci\u00f3n de problemas consiste en comprobar la configuraci\u00f3n y el estado de la alimentaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica, revisar cada una de las zonas de calentamiento, inspeccionar el cableado de la sonda de temperatura y del controlador, y, a continuaci\u00f3n, comprobar el funcionamiento de la sonda, el controlador de temperatura y el rel\u00e9 de estado s\u00f3lido (SSR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las secadoras contienen superficies calientes y energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica potencialmente peligrosa. Los operarios deben limitar sus comprobaciones a los ajustes, el estado visible, las alarmas y otros indicios no invasivos. Un t\u00e9cnico cualificado debe realizar todas las pruebas internas del calentador, los rel\u00e9s, las sondas y el cableado, utilizando la documentaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica correspondiente al modelo exacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Define el s\u00edntoma de calor antes de realizar la prueba<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLa expresi\u00f3n \u201dno calienta\u00bb puede referirse a varias aver\u00edas diferentes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>S\u00edntoma<\/th><th>Orientaci\u00f3n diagn\u00f3stica<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>No hace calor en ning\u00fan sitio<\/td><td>Alimentaci\u00f3n, comando de calefacci\u00f3n, regulador, rel\u00e9, cableado o todos los circuitos del calefactor<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Una zona o un lado se mantiene fresco<\/td><td>Elemento calefactor individual, conexi\u00f3n o control por zonas<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>La temperatura que se muestra nunca sube<\/td><td>Circuito del calefactor, lectura de la sonda o salida del regulador<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>La temperatura que se muestra no es veros\u00edmil<\/td><td>Sonda, cableado de la sonda o entrada del controlador<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Los ciclos de calor son impredecibles<\/td><td>Conexi\u00f3n suelta, posici\u00f3n de la sonda, controlador, rel\u00e9 o condiciones del flujo de aire o de la carga<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anota la temperatura programada, la temperatura indicada, el tiempo de calentamiento, la zona afectada, las alarmas y si las funciones de transporte de la pel\u00edcula y de agitaci\u00f3n del polvo funcionan con normalidad. No compruebes el funcionamiento del calentador tocando el horno ni acercando la mano a ninguna abertura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Medidas de seguridad inmediatas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deja de introducir pel\u00edcula impresa en la secadora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sigue el procedimiento habitual de apagado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desconecta la alimentaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica antes de abrir cualquier tapa de acceso a los componentes el\u00e9ctricos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deja que los componentes calientes se enfr\u00eden por completo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mant\u00e9n los materiales inflamables y el polvo suelto alejados de las zonas calientes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si huele a aislante quemado, ve humo, encuentra un conector fundido u observa un aumento descontrolado de la temperatura, mantenga el aparato apagado y solicite asistencia t\u00e9cnica. No lo reinicie repetidamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sigue las fichas de datos de seguridad (FDS) y los requisitos de ventilaci\u00f3n correspondientes a la pel\u00edcula y al polvo termofusible concretos que est\u00e9s utilizando. No sigas calentando el material si este produce humo, olores o decoloraci\u00f3n inusuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Confirma la configuraci\u00f3n, las condiciones de alimentaci\u00f3n y el estado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antes de dar por hecho que una pieza ha fallado, comprueba que la funci\u00f3n de calefacci\u00f3n est\u00e9 activada, que la unidad de temperatura y el punto de consigna sean correctos, y que el controlador no est\u00e9 a la espera de otra condici\u00f3n de funcionamiento documentada. Anota cualquier s\u00edmbolo o c\u00f3digo de alarma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Utilice los ajustes de temperatura y proceso homologados para cada tipo concreto de pel\u00edcula, polvo y equipo. Este art\u00edculo no ofrece una temperatura de curado universal, ya que los consumibles y los dise\u00f1os de los secadores var\u00edan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si no hay calefacci\u00f3n en ninguna zona, compare la placa de caracter\u00edsticas de la m\u00e1quina con las especificaciones de la fuente de alimentaci\u00f3n instalada. Un t\u00e9cnico debe utilizar la documentaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica para verificar el suministro del circuito del calentador, el estado de los fusibles o los disyuntores, as\u00ed como cualquier problema documentado relacionado con el flujo de aire, el transporte, la cubierta o el enclavamiento t\u00e9rmico. Los operadores no deben abrir un cuadro el\u00e9ctrico ni reiniciar repetidamente un dispositivo de protecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Comprueba si funcionan todas las resistencias de la calefacci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la secci\u00f3n de preguntas frecuentes del modelo A2 se indica que la comprobaci\u00f3n de los resistencias de calentamiento es la primera comprobaci\u00f3n de hardware. Una secadora con varias resistencias puede generar algo de calor incluso cuando una de ellas ha fallado, por lo que el hecho de que est\u00e9 \u201ctibia\u201d no demuestra que todo el sistema de calentamiento est\u00e9 funcionando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un t\u00e9cnico puede comparar las zonas utilizando el m\u00e9todo de prueba homologado para el modelo. Las pruebas de resistencia y continuidad requieren que el circuito del calentador est\u00e9 desconectado, aislado y se haya comprobado que est\u00e1 sin tensi\u00f3n. Si el procedimiento de mantenimiento permite realizar una comparaci\u00f3n de la temperatura de las zonas con el sistema conectado, vuelva a colocar primero todas las cubiertas y protecciones y utilice \u00fanicamente el m\u00e9todo de medici\u00f3n sin contacto homologado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anote qu\u00e9 zona ha fallado y la identificaci\u00f3n que figura en el calentador o en el esquema el\u00e9ctrico. Las piezas de recambio deben cumplir con las especificaciones el\u00e9ctricas y t\u00e9rmicas del modelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Revisar el cableado de la sonda de temperatura y del regulador<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A continuaci\u00f3n, el documento A2 recomienda comprobar si hay un mal contacto en el cableado de la sonda y del regulador de temperatura. Una conexi\u00f3n suelta, da\u00f1ada o contaminada puede provocar una lectura err\u00f3nea de la temperatura o impedir el funcionamiento normal del control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez desconectada la alimentaci\u00f3n, el t\u00e9cnico debe comprobar lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la correcta colocaci\u00f3n del conector y el apriete de los terminales, de acuerdo con el procedimiento de mantenimiento;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cortes, pellizcos, decoloraci\u00f3n o aislamiento sobrecalentado;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>desviando el recorrido del cable de la sonda para evitar los puntos da\u00f1ados; y<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aseg\u00farese de identificar correctamente los terminales antes de desconectar cualquier cable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Etiqueta cada conductor. Invertir o cambiar de sitio el cableado de las sondas y los controles puede dar lugar a lecturas poco fiables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Aislar la sonda, el controlador y el rel\u00e9 de estado s\u00f3lido<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si se comprueba que los elementos calefactores y las conexiones visibles est\u00e1n en buen estado, la secci\u00f3n de preguntas frecuentes (FAQ) de A2 se\u00f1ala tres posibles causas restantes: la sonda de temperatura, el regulador de temperatura y el rel\u00e9 de estado s\u00f3lido (SSR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sus funciones son diferentes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El <strong>sonda<\/strong> indica la temperatura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El <strong>controlador<\/strong> compara el valor medido con el valor de consigna y regula la calefacci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El <strong>SSR<\/strong> activa la alimentaci\u00f3n del calentador cuando se le ordena.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El t\u00e9cnico debe determinar si la lectura de la sonda es fiable, si el controlador env\u00eda la orden de calentamiento prevista y si la salida del rel\u00e9 cambia tal y como se especifica tanto en el estado de \u00abcalentador encendido\u00bb como en el de \u00abcalentador apagado\u00bb. Si el procedimiento de mantenimiento permite la sustituci\u00f3n de componentes, utilice uno a uno componentes verificados, compatibles y de cuiro conocido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No puenteses la sonda, el controlador, el rel\u00e9, el fusible ni la protecci\u00f3n t\u00e9rmica. Un puente puede anular el control de temperatura o la protecci\u00f3n de seguridad y provocar riesgos de incendio o quemaduras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Comprueba la reparaci\u00f3n mediante un calentamiento controlado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez restablecidas todas las cubiertas y medidas de protecci\u00f3n, comience con un calentamiento en vac\u00edo y supervisado, siguiendo las instrucciones del modelo. Compruebe que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la temperatura que se muestra aumenta de forma plausible;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cada zona se calienta seg\u00fan lo previsto;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la temperatura se estabiliza en lugar de seguir subiendo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no se perciba ning\u00fan olor an\u00f3malo, humo, ruido inusual ni signos visibles de sobrecalentamiento; y<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La unidad apaga el calefactor cuando se le ordena.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solo entonces se debe realizar una peque\u00f1a prueba de producci\u00f3n y evaluar el curado con los par\u00e1metros de proceso aprobados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enviar una consulta sobre el sistema de calefacci\u00f3n de la secadora<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para ayudar al equipo de asistencia a identificar el circuito correcto y la siguiente prueba, env\u00eda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>el modelo y el n\u00famero de serie del equipo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>las especificaciones de potencia que figuran en la placa de caracter\u00edsticas;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un v\u00eddeo de la pantalla del controlador durante el calentamiento;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cualquier s\u00edmbolo o c\u00f3digo de alarma;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la zona de calefacci\u00f3n afectada; y<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>observaciones y resultados de las pruebas registrados por el t\u00e9cnico.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evita limitarte a dar una conclusi\u00f3n del tipo \u201cel SSR es malo\u201d.
