Sigue estos 5 pasos para comprobarlo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si un motor de espolvoreado o agitaci\u00f3n A2 DTF no funciona, apague la unidad y compruebe primero si hay alg\u00fan cojinete atascado o da\u00f1ado, polvo compactado u otra obstrucci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica. Si el mecanismo gira libremente, un t\u00e9cnico cualificado puede verificar si el motor recibe la tensi\u00f3n de entrada de CC especificada. Si se aplica la tensi\u00f3n de comando correcta en condiciones de prueba homologadas, pero el motor no se mueve, el motor o su conexi\u00f3n local se convierten en los principales sospechosos. Si no hay tensi\u00f3n, comprueba el interruptor, el cableado, la salida del controlador y los enclavamientos documentados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En las preguntas frecuentes sobre la impresora \u00abtodo en uno\u00bb XINFLYING A2 se utiliza esta secuencia tanto para la funci\u00f3n de espolvoreado como para la de agitaci\u00f3n del polvo. Es posible que otros modelos utilicen motores, voltajes, controles y enclavamientos de seguridad diferentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Identifica qu\u00e9 funci\u00f3n se ha detenido<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El sistema de polvo puede contener m\u00e1s de una funci\u00f3n de movimiento. Comprueba si el fallo afecta a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>aplicaci\u00f3n de polvo o espolvoreado;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>el mecanismo de sacudida o vibraci\u00f3n;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>el desplazamiento de la pel\u00edcula a trav\u00e9s del agitador; o<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>todas las funciones posteriores a la vez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un motor que zumba pero no gira es un s\u00edntoma distinto al de un motor que est\u00e1 completamente en silencio. Anota el sonido, el movimiento, el estado de la pantalla y el comando que deber\u00eda poner en marcha el motor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seguridad en el manejo de polvos, movimiento y electricidad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desconecte la alimentaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica siguiendo el procedimiento de aislamiento homologado antes de acercar las manos a ejes, cojinetes, cadenas, rodillos o cableado. Deje que se enfr\u00eden las partes calientes. Mantenga la ropa holgada y las herramientas alejadas de las piezas en movimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las mediciones el\u00e9ctricas deben ser realizadas por un t\u00e9cnico cualificado que disponga del medidor adecuado, los puntos de prueba y el equipo de protecci\u00f3n individual correspondientes. Nunca se debe eludir una protecci\u00f3n, un fusible, un dispositivo t\u00e9rmico, un sensor o un enclavamiento para forzar el funcionamiento del motor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sigue las instrucciones de la ficha de datos de seguridad (FDS) correspondiente al polvo termofusible concreto que est\u00e9s utilizando. Utiliza \u00fanicamente el m\u00e9todo de limpieza autorizado, evita generar polvo en suspensi\u00f3n y utiliza los equipos de protecci\u00f3n respiratoria, ocular y cut\u00e1nea especificados en la FDS. No utilices aire comprimido ni aspiradores no autorizados para eliminar el polvo acumulado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Comprueba si hay alg\u00fan rodamiento atascado o da\u00f1ado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En la secci\u00f3n de preguntas frecuentes del A2 se indica que lo primero que hay que comprobar es el cojinete. Los residuos de p\u00f3lvora, la presencia de objetos extra\u00f1os, una desalineaci\u00f3n o da\u00f1os en el cojinete pueden impedir el movimiento incluso cuando el motor est\u00e1 alimentado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una vez desconectada la alimentaci\u00f3n y de acuerdo con el procedimiento de mantenimiento, compruebe lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>polvo compactado alrededor del eje o del mecanismo de movimiento;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un rodamiento que se nota \u00e1spero, agarrotado o suelto;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un eje que presenta una desalineaci\u00f3n visible;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un acoplamiento, una cadena o una articulaci\u00f3n que se haya desplazado de su posici\u00f3n; y<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un objeto extra\u00f1o que impide el desplazamiento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No utilices el motor para forzar la eliminaci\u00f3n de un atasco. Corrige la causa mec\u00e1nica antes de realizar otra prueba con el motor en marcha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Distinguir entre un fallo del motor y un fallo en el suministro el\u00e9ctrico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El documento A2 especifica una comprobaci\u00f3n de la entrada de 24 V CC en el motor. Si se aplica la tensi\u00f3n de mando correcta, el mecanismo gira libremente y, aun as\u00ed, el motor no funciona, el motor o su conexi\u00f3n local se convierten en los principales sospechosos. Si no hay tensi\u00f3n, compruebe el interruptor de polvo, el cableado, la salida del controlador y los enclavamientos documentados para detectar posibles da\u00f1os, malos contactos o un estado de comando incorrecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>El valor de 24 V es espec\u00edfico del modelo A2.<\/strong> Antes de realizar la medici\u00f3n, un t\u00e9cnico debe confirmar la tensi\u00f3n nominal, la disposici\u00f3n de los pines del conector, la referencia de medici\u00f3n y las condiciones de comando espec\u00edficas para cada modelo. Si estos datos no figuran en la informaci\u00f3n de servicio homologada, ponte en contacto con el servicio de asistencia de XINFLYING antes de realizar la prueba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Observaciones del t\u00e9cnico<\/th><th>Orientaci\u00f3n diagn\u00f3stica<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td>Hay tensi\u00f3n de mando correcta; el mecanismo no est\u00e1 atascado; el motor no gira<\/td><td>El motor o su conexi\u00f3n local son los principales sospechosos<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>No hay tensi\u00f3n de control en el motor<\/td><td>Localiza el interruptor, el cableado, la salida del controlador y los enclavamientos documentados<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Aparece tensi\u00f3n, pero desciende bruscamente al recibir la orden<\/td><td>Comprobar la resistencia de conexi\u00f3n, la capacidad de alimentaci\u00f3n, la carga mec\u00e1nica o los fallos del motor<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>El motor gira cuando no lleva carga, pero se cala durante el funcionamiento<\/td><td>Es necesario revisar la resistencia mec\u00e1nica, el acoplamiento, los cojinetes o la carga.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estas observaciones sirven de gu\u00eda para el mantenimiento; no sustituyen a un esquema el\u00e9ctrico ni autorizan la sustituci\u00f3n de componentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Revisa el interruptor de control de polvo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si el motor no recibe ninguna se\u00f1al de entrada, comprueba que se haya activado la funci\u00f3n correcta y que el interruptor funcione mec\u00e1nicamente. Con la alimentaci\u00f3n desconectada, inspecciona el interruptor y el conector a los que se pueda acceder para comprobar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>un actuador averiado;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fijaci\u00f3n floja;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un enchufe desconectado;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>polvo o residuos en el interior de la zona de control; y<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un cable da\u00f1ado cerca del terminal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Realice las pruebas de continuidad o resistencia \u00fanicamente despu\u00e9s de que el circuito se haya desconectado de la red el\u00e9ctrica, se haya aislado y se haya comprobado que est\u00e1 sin tensi\u00f3n. Las pruebas con tensi\u00f3n deben ser realizadas por separado por un t\u00e9cnico cualificado, siguiendo el procedimiento de mantenimiento el\u00e9ctrico espec\u00edfico del modelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Localizar el cableado sin modificar varias conexiones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sigue el recorrido del mazo de cables, tal y como aparece en la documentaci\u00f3n, desde el interruptor o el controlador hasta el motor. Comprueba si hay alguna secci\u00f3n pellizcada, alg\u00fan terminal suelto, alg\u00fan conector sobrecalentado o alg\u00fan cable da\u00f1ado por la vibraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Etiqueta cada conexi\u00f3n antes de retirarla y cambia solo un elemento cada vez. Si se mueven varios cables a la vez, resulta dif\u00edcil determinar si el problema original se deb\u00eda a un fallo del motor, del interruptor, del conector o del cableado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Comprueba si hay acumulaci\u00f3n de polvo antes de volver a ponerlo en servicio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incluso despu\u00e9s de una reparaci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica, el polvo acumulado puede volver a sobrecargar el mecanismo. Limpia las zonas indicadas y comprueba que las juntas, las cubiertas y las piezas de control del polvo est\u00e9n correctamente instaladas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras volver a instalar todas las protecciones, cubiertas, juntas y piezas de control de polvo necesarias, realice una prueba breve homologada sin producci\u00f3n, seguida de una peque\u00f1a prueba controlada con pel\u00edcula. Compruebe si el motor arranca de forma fiable, mantiene un funcionamiento normal y se detiene cuando se le ordena. Apague la m\u00e1quina inmediatamente si se produce un chirrido, sobrecalentamiento, olor a quemado o paradas repetidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Informaci\u00f3n que debe incluirse en una solicitud de asistencia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Env\u00eda el modelo de la impresora o del agitador, el n\u00famero de serie, la funci\u00f3n afectada, el estado del panel de control, un breve v\u00eddeo con sonido y fotos de la zona del cojinete, la etiqueta del motor, el interruptor y el cableado accesible.
